WSSC Water is seeking to replace its current digital learning platform with a solution that more closely aligns with our mission of delivering safe, seamless, and sustainable water services. The new platform must provide engaging, accessible, and relevant learning experiences that support the professional growth of all employees, from frontline workers to executive leaders. WSSC Water is interested in obtaining a solution that: Offer a robust, diverse, and regularly updated content library, including materials relevant to public utilities, water/wastewater management, safety, environmental compliance, engineering, leadership, and customer service Integrate seamlessly with internal systems such as our Learning Management System (LMS), Human Resource Information System (HRIS), and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365) Deliver an intuitive and user-friendly experience across devices, with strong mobile accessibility to support employees in the field Provide comprehensive reporting and analytics tools to support data-driven decisions and compliance tracking Allow for customization to reflect the unique learning pathways, branding, and development priorities of WSSC Water Feature a scalable architecture to accommodate future growth and evolving learning strategies This RFP invites qualified vendors to present a comprehensive, future-ready solution that enhances the learner experience and empowers WSSC Water to meet both present and emerging workforce development needs.
