On-Call Roofing Inspections, Maintenance, and Repair Services

The County is looking to put a roofing master contract in place for various inspections, maintenance, and repair services for all County Buildings on an on-call basis. A repair can be up to and including a full roof replacement. However, the Successful Vendor is not guaranteed to be awarded full roof replacements. The County will have the option to accept the master contract pricing or bid the project separate from this master contract, whichever is in the best interest of the County. Repairs can also include flashing and gutter system repairs. The County will have the option to accept the Successful Vendor’s quote per their master contract pricing or individually bid all roofing repairs/replacements in excess of $25,000. Job orders will be required for projects expected to exceed $5,000
