Occupational medical Services

The purpose for this justificaiton is to extend services under Contract No. 75N98020C00002 with Eagle Health LLC for a period of six months in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. This action is critical to ensure the continuity of the comprehensive occupational medical program servicing nearly 20,000 NIH employees, including clinical researchers and essential laboratory staff. The timeline for the competitive follow-on procurement was severely and unavoidably impacted by external, unanticipated federal mandates.
