Locating and Marking Underground Facilities Services

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, MD ("WSSC Water"), is soliciting sealed responses for Project Title . Responses are to be submitted via WSSC Water's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/wsscwater PRIOR TO Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Late responses will not be accepted. WSSC Water intends to establish a Contract with a Contractor who will locate and mark all of WSSC Water's assets (underground facilities) throughout Prince George's and Montgomery Counties, Maryland. The Contractor shall provide a system for receiving, distributing, and responding to all Miss-Utility tickets for the Commission from the Miss Utility One-Call Center. Tickets shall be responded to according to the latest version of the Maryland Code: Public Utilities Article, Title 12 “Underground Facilities”; Subtitle 1: “Excavation or Demolition Near Underground Facilities”.
