The Commissioners of St. Mary’s County (County) Department of Public Works and Transportation, Highways Division is soliciting competitive bids for supply and delivery of MUTCD Standard Highway Signs and related Traffic Control Items, primarily used by the Department of Public Works and Transportation along County roadways. This Contract will be based on a firm-fixed price, consisting of all materials, supplies, and delivery.
