Harry Grove Stadium Roof Design

The City of Frederick ("City") proposes the use of the engineering consultant delivery method for the Harry Grove Stadium Roof Replacement Project, CIP No. 450102. The selected consultant shall provide project management, existing-condition investigation, architectural and engineering design, surveying and drafting as required, preparation of construction documents and cost estimates, permitting support, bidding assistance, construction administration, coordination of project-specific materials testing, inspection, and acceptance services identified in the approved testing and acceptance plan, manufacturer-required warranty inspections, and project closeout services. The scope of services shall be limited to the original stadium structures identified on Exhibit A - Project Limits and Roof Area Identification, which is included with this RFP. Newly constructed facilities, including the home and visiting team clubhouses and their associated roofs, are excluded except for coordination required at interfaces with the original construction. The consultant shall verify existing conditions and interfaces within the indicated project limits.
