Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Delivery and Pricing Structure

Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (“WSSC Water” or “WSSC”) is issuing this Request for Information (“RFI”) for market research and planning purposes to obtain information from the construction industry regarding the feasibility, structure, and commercial considerations associated with utilizing a Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) project delivery method. WSSC is particularly interested in understanding commercially viable CMAR pricing and compensation structures that can operate within WSSC's statutory and regulatory requirements concerning cost-plus-percentage-of-cost contracting. This RFI is intended to assist WSSC in evaluating potential project delivery and procurement strategies. It is not a solicitation for bids or proposals and will not result in the award of a contract.
