Cecil County Courthouse Elevator Renovation

This project is to renovate the elevators in East and West Towers that are in poor operating condition. Work includes the modernization of two existing elevators located in the 1938 wing and the 1965 wing. The elevator added in 2014 is not part of the scope. Including hoistway equipment, cars, entrances, controls, wiring, and machine room equipment. Create two new elevator machine rooms in the penthouses above both elevator hoistways, replacing most major mechanical components.
