Business Case Development

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, MD (the "WSSC Water"), is soliciting sealed responses for Project Title . Responses are to be submitted via WSSC's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/wsscwater PRIOR TO Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Late responses will not be accepted. WSSC Water seeks to establish Multiple Award Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) with qualified consulting firms to provide on-call professional services to develop Business Case Evaluations (BCEs). Work will be authorized through individual Task Orders. The BCE will cover the following areas. Architecture and Engineering Facilities/Real Property Management Capital Improvement Program Controls Software Evaluation Services Non-asset solutions Public / Community outreach and/or Mandatory Referral Process Economic Analysis Software The Commission does not guarantee any minimum quantity of work under this BOA.
