Broad Agency Announcement

The mission of the RTI Directorate is to develop and integrate command, control, communications, computers, cyber, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance technologies that enable information dominance and decisive lethality for the networked Soldiers. The RTI Directorate provides the U.S. Army with secure communications and networking technologies through research and development (R&D) innovations. This BAA invites industry to submit innovative science and technology (S&T) proposals that address the technical portfolio areas of the RTI Directorate: (1) Soldier & Platform Mission Equipment, (2) Spectrum Dominance & Intelligence, and (3) Advanced Technology.
