AWARD: NOAA Commercial Weather Data Program Radio Occultation Data Buy II (RODB) -2

The Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), modified existing contracts 1332KP23DNEEP0001 and 1332KP23DNEEP0002 on the basis of other than full and open competition. These modifications support the Radio Occultation Data Buy 2 (RODB-2) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple-award contracts. This action is executed on behalf of the Commercial Data Program (CDP) under the National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS) Systems Architecture and Engineering (SAE) office. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.103-1(b): Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
