ATC Scientific and Engineering Requirement Solicitation

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government is seeking proposals for ATC Scientific and Engineering Instrumentation and Support Services. Offerors are required to review all attached documentation thoroughly prior to submitting a response.
