Pre-Solicitation Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Department of the Army, Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is publishing this Notice of Intent to Sole Source for the procurement of brand-name Dytran Instruments, Inc. accelerometers and associated hardware. In accordance with RFO FAR 12.102(a), this posting formally documents and publicizes the Government's decision and supporting basis that only one source is reasonably available for this acquisition, which is valued at or below the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT).
