General work description: The intent of this solicitation is to qualify and select general construction contractors to perform construction, repair, rehabilitation, and maintenance work on an as-needed basis for projects managed by the FCPS Construction Management and Maintenance Departments. Award under this solicitation will establish a pool of pre-qualified Contractors eligible to compete for future project opportunities and does not constitute an award of an individual construction project or guarantee any minimum amount of work.
