This RFI is issued to identify industry partners with capability to replace the current Air Route Surveillance Radar version 4 (ARSR-4) radars. The Government is planning the Air Route Surveillance Radar Replacement (ARSR-R) program to replace ARSR-4 systems across multiple fixed radar sites. The Government is seeking information from industry regarding capable, reliable, and sustainable radar solutions to support this long-term enterprise modernization. There are two (2) Controlled Unclassified Information items. The performance specifications cited in the SRD for range, probability of detection, resolution and accuracy are the standard FAA requirements for long range radars used for controlling aircraft in enroute airspace. This Sources Sought RFI is the initial step to engage industry and foster a collaborative relationship between the Government Team and vendors to share perspectives on future acquisitions.
