USCIS FY27 1st Quarter Engagement with Industry

United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Office of Contracting (OCON), will host its Fiscal Year (FY) 2027 First Quarter Engagement with Industry on October 27, 2026, beginning at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time. These quarterly engagements provide an opportunity for open dialogue between USCIS and industry regarding current and anticipated procurement requirements. The purpose of this event is to share the most current procurement-related information available for USCIS requirements. Attendees will be muted upon entry, and attendee video will be disabled. Only presenters will be on video. USCIS plans to record this event and post the recording on its YouTube channel after the event. Once available, the recording link will be posted as an update to this SAM.gov announcement. USCIS expects to post draft presentation slides to this announcement on or about October 13, 2026. Format and Questions The event will be organized by execution division and then by the Associate Chief portfolio supporting each program office. Presenters will brief the requirements within each portfolio, including new information and updates, as applicable. Following each portfolio briefing, USCIS will address questions related to that portfolio. Attendees may submit questions through the Microsoft Teams Q&A feature or ask questions verbally when the floor is opened for questions. Please include the requirement title and the applicable slide number and/or Acquisition Planning Forecast System (APFS) number, if available. To help USCIS manage the agenda and stay on schedule, USCIS will address only questions related to the portfolio currently being presented. Once USCIS moves to the next portfolio, it will not return to take additional live questions on a prior portfolio. USCIS strongly encourages industry to submit questions in advance. Advance submission allows USCIS to coordinate with the appropriate program and contracting personnel and provide the most accurate and timely information available during the event. Please submit advance questions to USCIS_Vendoroutreach@uscis.dhs.gov no later than 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on October 20, 2026. USCIS will collect and review questions received during the event. USCIS will post responses to those questions as an update to this announcement. Information posted to SAM.gov after the event will supersede information provided during the live engagement.
