Pristima Software License Renewals and Maintenance

This requirement is for license renewals and software maintenance and support services for the Pristima XD software currently in use at USAMRIID. Maintenance and support shall include sustainment, version upgrades and maintenance of all previously purchased Pristima XD modules. The contractor shall provide Help Desk support and provide all necessary software updates/upgrades, to include vulnerability patches, when applicable, to maintain software operation.
