Amendment 0001 dated 17 Sep 26 1. The purpose of this amendment is to: a. Publish official Responses to Questions document b. Add revised PWS dated 17 Sep26 (changes in red) c. Add revised Combined Synopis/Solicitation document (changes in red) 2. Quotation Due Date: The submission deadline remains unchanged for 21 Sep 26 at 12:00 PM EST. 3. Notice to All Prospective Offerors: The Government is publishing these clarifications to ensure equitable access to information for all interested sources. This concludes the inquiry process; no further questions will be accepted, and all quotes must conform to the requirements and clarifications specified herein. _____________________________________________________________________ The 316th Contracting Squadron (CONS) has a requirement to obtain preventative maintenance and inspection (PMI) services for approximately twenty-four (24) Big Ass Fans industrial ceiling fans located in aircraft hangars in support of the 89th Maintenance Group (89 MXG) located at Joint Base Andrews MD. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, and materials to perform annual PMI in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). A key requirement is that all technicians performing services must hold a current, active "Factory-Certified" or "Factory-Trained" credential directly from the manufacturer (Big Ass Fans) or an authorized partner. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310 (Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance), with a corresponding small business size standard of $12.5 million. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract consisting of one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for the full solicitation and any amendments.
