IHS Agency-wide Instruction For Use Software Subscription

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01. All terms, conditions, and requirements stated in the base award shall be applicable to any resultant contract issued. Solicitation No. 75H70426Q00049 is issued as a full and open Request for Quote for the procurement of Instruction for Use (IFU) software license services to support the Indian Health Service, Office of Quality. A two-phase Advisory Down-Select strategy will be used for this procurement.
