The Man Transportable Robotic System Increment II (MTRS II) program is a joint program effort encompassing all four US Services managed by the Army's Robotics and Autonomous Systems Program Office. In order to meet Navy mission specific requirements that were not part of the original Army requirements document, the Navy has decided to establish its own configuration of the MTRS II system. Integration of the Flexible Cyber Secure Radio System is the key effort and the beginning of this new configuration. This contract is for the integration of the FlexCSR system onto the Army MTRS II configuration, baseline support to maintain the Navy configuration Authority to Operate (ATO), engineering support services (ESS) and depot support services.
