THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to perform snow removal, roadway sanding and walkway shoveling and sanding activities at Barre Falls Dam Project Area in Hubbardston, Barre, Rutland, and Oakham, Massachusetts.
