Landfill Maintenance and Invasive Plant Management

The Town of Marblehead invites sealed bids for Landfill Maintenance and Invasive Plant Management . Bids will be received until September 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM via the Town’s Procurement Portal https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/marblehead. A bid deposit of at least five percent (5%) of the total project is required. A Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the sum of 50% of the Contract Price will be required of the successful Bidder. Project is subject to compliance with prevailing wage requirements. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30 §39M, and any resulting contract will be strictly awarded in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation.
