High Street Recreational Field Project

The Work generally consists of construction of a proposed 330-foot by 180-foot recreational field, grading, drainage, irrigation, erosion and sediment controls, loam and seed or sod, an infiltration basin, and associated site improvements, and all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the Specifications and Plans attached hereto. Additional drawings or specifications of details of Work to be performed may be furnished by addendum from time to time during the bidding period by the Owner or its Architect/Engineer, and shall then become a part of the Contract Documents. Bid Documents, Plans and Addenda will only be available on the eProcurement Portal. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the Work and as herein specified.
