Bare Cove Park, Building 12 Demolition Project

The purpose of the demolition project of Building 12 is to prepare for the construction of the new Pickleball Court project. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c. 149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c. l49 §§26 to 27H inclusive. The Town Administrator and/or Select Board will act as the Awarding Authority for this IFB. The Town of Hingham reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive minor informalities, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Town. Bidders shall be DCAMM Certified in Demolition.
