The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Business Center, on behalf of the USDA-NRCS-Plant Materials Center, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Castor Construction, LLC10777 Greenwell Springs Road, Baton Rouge, LA 70814. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
