RAF Akrotiri - Hesco Barriers

***Amendement 01*** This amendment is being posted to publish the Questions and Answers (Q&A) dated 22 September 2026. This amendment also includes administrative updates to the Combo and Clause set. These do not materially change any terms or conditions, see Q&A for details. ***Original Notice*** RAF Akrotiri, Cyprus has a requirement to procure Hesco, or equal, barriers that will withstand the weather and high UV indexes. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials to deliver barriers that are functionally equivalent to Hesco barriers that meet the minimum specifications in the attached statement of objectives.
