Lease/Rental Parking Spaces at Phoenix MEPS

The Mission Installation Contracting Command - Knox intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) to provide parking spaces for employees working at the Phoenix Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS), located at 2800 N. Central Ave., Phoenix, AZ 854004-1007.The contractor shall provided fifty (50) MEPS employees utilizing standard parking spaces, and six (6) spaces shall be designated for handicap-accessible parking located in Phoenix MEPS for the base period 1 September 2026 through 31 July 2026, with four one-year option periods. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. NAICS 812930 (Size Standard: $47M) applies to this procurement. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal. This solicitation is being posted on 14 August 2026 with a response date of 4 September 2026.
