Synopsis Land Based Air Conditioner The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst intends to issue an award on a non-competitive basis to HDT Global (Cage 92878) for the Manufacture, Assembly, and Production of a quantity of one (1) Land Based Air Conditioner, Part Number: 197K2000-100, NSN: 4120-01-598-3712 for the E-2D Aircraft. This is a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Procurement for the Japan Air Self Defense Force (JASDF), E-2D Program under Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case JA-P-CVT. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
