Description
May 8, 2026 amendent 01 Published. The purpose of this amendment to solicitation FA460826QS018 is to incorporate the most recent Department of Labor Wage Determination. Wage Determination Number 2015-5191, Revision Number 29 (dated 03 December 2025) is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with Wage Determination Number 2015-5191, Revision 30 (dated 30 March 2026. The primary requirement outlined in the Statement of Work involves the comprehensive paint restoration of two static display aircraft --an Avro Vulcan and a KC-97 --located at the Barksdale Global Power Museum. The central objectives of this mission are to apply new paint and conduct minor repairs to stabilize the airframes, specifically targeting the mitigation of water intrusion and subsequent corrosion. By restoring these assets, the museum aims to maintain a high-quality display appearance for its airpark, ensuring these historical aircraft are preserved for public viewing and educational purposes.
