R499--STAFF AND PATIENT PARKING GARAGE MAINTENANCE Amendment 1 Updated POP: 9/1/2026 through8/31/2026 Plus 2 Option Years

This is an amendment to the Staff and Patient Parking Garage solicitation at the SLVHCS that makes the following changes: Extends the deadline for submission of proposals to 8/7/2026 at 13:00 CDT. Add Clause 52.217-9 Option to Extend Contract. Clarify that this is a total SDVOSB set aside. Update the period of performance to 9/1/2026 through 08/31/2027 plus 2 option years. Note that the site visit has already been completed and the deadline for questions has already passed. There will be no new questions accepted. The questions received will be answered in a future amendment.
