Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0438 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Greenhouse Roof Replace followed by a subsequent Rail Replacement at a later date. Place of performance will be USDA Sugarcane Research Site, Schriever, LA. The roof replacement can proceed as soon as submittals are approved. However, the rail replacement cannot begin until December 2026, to allow for research to be completed. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.
