A/E Services for the Legation House Roof Restoration

Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The United States, Embassy of Seoul Facility Management group requires Architectural & Engineering design service to restore the traditional Korean roof of the Legation House, which is located in Jung-Gu, Seoul, Korea. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the Contracting Officer. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in July 2026. The solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov-no paper copies will be made available. Please see the RFQ for the actual response date and for specific quotation requirements.
