Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Automated Refraction System

This is a notice of intent to sole source three (3) Marco EPIC 6100 Refraction Systems and three (3) Marco TRS-6100 Automated Refraction Systems. These products are manufactured by Nidek Global, with Marco Lombart serving as their exclusive authorized distributor for North America. The equipment must be exactly compatible and fully integrate with the existing Marco Lombart autorefractors currently in use at the facility to ensure a seamless ophthalmic examination workflow and prevent data silos.
