Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Bauer Inc

The 22nd Contracting Squadron - McConnell AFB, KS, 67221 on behalf of the 22nd Air Refueling Wing intents to award a firm fixed price contract under RFO Part 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Bauer, INC. Please see attached Sole Source Justification for further specifications of the requirement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Philips Corporation, based at 175 Centurd Dr, Bristol, CT, 06010. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334515 and the size standard is 750 employees. Base Notice: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available for this requirement. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by sending responses regarding this requirement to the 22nd Contracting Squadron via email ONLY to artasia.howard@us.af.mil and jacob.sandy@us.af.mil no later than 03 September 2026 by 8:00 AM CT. The U.S. government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Notice.
