The U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassy Ankara, is making available a public-release, redacted copy of the approved Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition associated with Contract No. 19TU1526D3003. The contract established a minimum guarantee of $10,000.00 and a maximum IDIQ ordering ceiling of $1,100,000.00. The ceiling is not a statement of the amount ultimately obligated, ordered, invoiced, or paid. A public-release copy of the approved justification is attached.
