Purpose of Amendment The purpose of this Amendment is to make the following changes: Delete specific ICNs from the requirement package Page 3: Amend Section B to adjust the number of bundled ICNs for CLIN0001 and update the growth CLIN percentage for CLIN0002 Page 36: Amend Section J to revise Attachment (2) and to incorporate Attachment (7) Page 43: Extend the Questions submittal due date to 02 JUL 2026, 10:00 AM Japan Standard Time (JST) Amendment Details a. Solicitation N6264926R0011, issued on 05/29/2026, is hereby amended as follows: The following ICNs are deleted in their entirety from the requirement package: No.23 - ICN 38E9312351R_00_A01 No.49 - ICN 38E9326101R_00_A01 Page 3 Section B - Supplies or Services & Prices or Costs Section B in the solicitation is amended as follows: CLIN0001: Delete: The contractor shall accomplish the work requirements of all fifty-seven (57) ICNs as outlined in the drawings and specifications provided in Section J Attachment (1). Replace with: The contractor shall accomplish the work requirements of all fifty-five (55) ICNs as outlined in the drawings and specifications provided in Section J Attachment (1). CLIN0002: Delete: The growth CLIN percentage is revised to read as follows: "The growth CLIN amount represents 15.85% of the total proposed cost for CLIN00001." Replace with: The growth CLIN percentage is revised to read as follows: "The growth CLIN amount represents 16.02% of the total proposed cost for CLIN00001." Page 36 Section J - List of Attachments Section J - List of Attachments is amended as follows: Attachment (2) Price Proposal Breakdown Sheet is revised to Price Proposal Breakdown Sheet (Rev. 1). Attachment (7) Contractor Questions 1 is added to “Attachments”. Page 43 Section L / L-1.0 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS / B. Questions is amended as follows: Delete: B. Questions: Offerors may submit questions in writing via email to the POC listed above. All questions shall be submitted using Attachment (3) Contractor Questions Form provided with this solicitation. Questions shall be submitted no later than 23 JUN 2026, 10:00 AM Japan Standard Time (JST), to ensure the Government is able to adequately address and respond to questions submitted. Replace with: B.
