SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support a requirement for the preventive maintenance and emergency repair services for the equipment at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI (see equipment below). The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to provide four (4) quarterly equipment inspections with preventive maintenance service and emergency service with a guaranteed response time of twenty-four (24) hours. EQUIPMENT LIST: Better build cabinet washer, Model C-550, S/N: C550-0613-N4033 Girton rack washer, model 80-0, S/N: 05121401 Primus steam autoclave, model P554-K MSDD, S/N: 18255 Getinge steam autoclave, model 533LS, S/N: 05J06248 The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811210. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
