Alaris Infusion Pump System Maintenance and Support - Miami VAMC

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Alaris Infusion Pump System Maintenance and Support The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8 intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to CareFusion Solutions LLC, 3750 Torrey View Ct., San Diego, CA 92130. This action will result in a Base Plus Four (4) Option Year Firm-Fixed Price Contract. CareFusion Solutions LLC will provide service maintenance, repair, and software upgrades to existing Alaris Infusion Pumps System.  The Alaris Pump system is proprietary and can only be serviced by CareFusion Solutions LLC. The place of performance is for the Department of Veterans Affairs Miami VA Medical Center. The NAICS code is 541519 Other Computer Related Services, with a size standard of $34 Million, and PSC J065. Existing Alaris Infusion Pumps located at the Miami VAMC Model ALARIS PUMP MODULE 8100 ALARIS PC UNIT 8015 ALARIS PCA MODULE 8120 ALARIS ETCO2 MODULE 8300 This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement by 09/24/2026 at 4:00 PM EST. The capabilities statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required services. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.
