The purpose of this amendment is to post 1) Questions and Answers to Solicitation 36C24926Q0231 LOU AHU Refurbish Questions and Answers Part 3 and 2) extend the closing date and time. 36C24926Q0231 LOU AHU Refurbish Pt 3 Questions Can the contractor utilize a crane to remove the unit located above Unit 43 so work on 43 can be performed safely and efficiently? Answer: Yes. Can the contractor provide a temporary/rental HVAC unit in lieu of Unit 43 while it is down for rework, to allow enough time for the contractor to complete the required work? Answer: Yes. Can the schedule be adjusted for more than 90 days? Answer: Yes, note in your quote the requested delivery date; after review by the program office, the terms will be adjusted accordingly. The closing date is extended to 06/29/2026 @ 11:00 AM CT.
