Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 1305M226Q0100 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the NOAA Ship Thomas Jefferson's upcoming dry dock repairs in FY 27. A separate SAM.gov posting will be made to house all references described in the drydock repair package (Attachment 1).
