J--Elevator Repair

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL: The National Park Service intends to solicit a quote and enter into a contract with Busch Bros Elevator Co Inc located at 108 E 13th St, Cincinnati, Ohio, 45202-7602, United States. This requirement is for the purchase of proprietary Inclinator Elevator Company replacement parts and for the operational repair of the Inclinator Elevator at the William Howard Taft National Historic Site. Busch Brothers Elevator Co. is the only service company that covers commercially installed Inclinator Elevator Company elevators in the Southwest Ohio region. Other elevator repair companies in the Greater Cincinnati area are not authorized to service the proprietary equipment of the Inclinator Elevator Company.
