Electronic Key Management System Upgrade

The current Electronic Key Management System at the Aviano Dorms is old and is having reliability issues, often locking up and making it impossible to create new keys or reprogram malfunctioning or de-synced locks. Further, two of the current 4 Key/Lock encoders are not working correctly, creating further bottlenecks.
