Due to the impossibility to carry the site visit on 28 May 2026, the site visit is planned for Friday 12 June 2026 at 09.30 AM local time ***** THIS IS A SOLICITATION NOTICE SOA FOR PROJECT WORK: CATEGORY OS18A – INTERESTED VENDORS SHALL BE IN POSSESSION OF A CURRENT SOA CERTIFICATION FOR THE CITED CATEGORY SCOPE OF PROJECT ASHE 22-1058 REPAIR DOORS AT ZULU LOOP 1ST GEN PASs, AVIANO AB, ITALY A DETAILED SUMMARY OF THE PRINCIPAL ITEM OF WORKS CAN BE OBTAINED BY CONSULTING THE PROJECT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS. NOTE: ALL QUANTITIES INDICATED IN THE PROJECT DOCUMENTS FURNISHED BY THE GOVERNMENT, INCLUDING THE CONSTRUCTION COST BREAKDOWN, ARE ESTIMATES AND THE GOVERNMENT SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OF THE ESTIMATED QUANTITIES. THE PERFORMANCE SHALL REQUIRE A COMPLETED PROJECT ON A LUMP SUM BASIS, IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OFFEROR TO CALCULATE, FORESEE AND PERFORM ALL QUANTITIES OF WORK MANIFESTLY NECESSARY TO DELIVER A COMPLETE PROJECT BASED ON ITS OVERALL SCOPE. SITE VISIT: AN ORGANIZED SITE VISIT IS SCHEDULED AT THE DATE AND MEETING POINT SPECIFIED IN THE SOLICITATION, NORMALLY PARTICIPANTS WILL MEET IN THE PARKING AREA OF LVIS GATE (CONTRACTOR GATE) AREA F FLIGHTLINE, AVIANO AIR BASE. ADDRESS: VIA LOCALITA’ TORNIELLI 18, ROVEREDO IN PIANO, PORDENONE.
