Amendment 0001 to the solicitation has been issued. Offerors are responsible for reviewing all SF-30s, acknowledging each amendment, and including all signed SF-30s in Volume 1 – Price Quotation. The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt hereby issues this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the establishment of a single-award firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the provision of internet services at the U.S. Embassy Beijing, China. All interested and responsible offerors are invited to submit quotations in strict accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions contained in the attached solicitation documents. IMPORTANT: Offerors must ensure full compliance with all stated requirements, performance standards, and submission instructions. Questions and quotations must be received by the due date and time specified in the solicitation. Late submissions will not be considered. Failure to comply with solicitation requirements may result in rejection of the quotation. For questions or requests for clarification, offerors shall follow the procedures outlined in the solicitation documents.
