H299--Testing and Balance Service FY27 - Base Four

This is a combined presolicitation/solcitation. See attached 36C25026Q0609. The Richard L Roudbush VA Medical center (RLRVMC), Indianapolis has a requirement to test, balance, adjust, and certify the air flow and pressures in certain rooms and areas identified as Pressure Critical Areas . This work shall be completed by a National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) contractor whose primary business is to test, adjust and balance(TAB) airflows and pressures produced by HVAC systems.
