*EVALUATION IS BASED ON LOWEST PRICE, TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE CRITERIA* Argonne National Laboratory is seeking a Streak Camera for the Advanced Photon Source Storage Ring at Argonne National Laboratory (ANL). Please review and complete the technical requirements document and provide evidence to support the offer's adherence to the requirements no later than 5pm CDT on September 22, 2026. We will need a response to the following documentation and considerations: 1. Completed and signed ANL-70 Request for Quotation 2.List of capabilities aligned with the Technical Requirements document 3. Country of Origin* 4. Components of foreign origin of the same class or kind as those that the agency determines are not mined, produced, or manufactured in sufficient and reasonably available commercial quantities of a satisfactory quality are treated as domestic.
