Request for Information Residential Reentry Services and Home Confinement Services within Springfield, Illinois. Home Confinement radius within 200 miles of the RRC Faciliy

This is a Sources Sought notice. This announcement is posted as a Request For Information (RFI) only for an intended upcoming solicitation that will be posted on the SAM.gov website. This RFI is being issued to determine whether or not there are qualified sources that will be able to meet the requirements of this intended upcoming solicitation. This upcoming solicitation will be for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) and Home Confinement (HC) services with a facility located within Illinois Counties of Adams, Brown, Pike, Scott, Morgan, Cass, Menard, Sangamon, Macoupin, Greene, Montgomery, Christian, Dewitt, Macon, Piatt, Champaign, Moultrie, Coles, Douglas, Ford, Vermillion, and Edgar. Home Confinement (HC) radius is within 200 miles of the RRC facility. Currently, the Bureau of Prisons does not have RRC and HC services for male and female federal offenders in this area; therefore, an IDIQ replacement contract is being requested. In an effort to obtain reasonable pricing it is requested that a tiered pricing structure be incorporated. It is the intent of the Government to award both line items to a single provider.
