Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District (USACE) intends to procure online access to the LinkedIn Learning Pro Platform on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory of 10 U.S.C. 3205(a)(1) as implemented by Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR 12.102(a). The purchase will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold and only one source is reasonably available. USACE Rock Island intends to enter into a firm fixed price purchase order with LinkedIn/Carahsoft for this subscription. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation will be issued; however, any business firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer or Contracting Specialist in the form of a capability statement. Supporting evidence in sufficient detail that demonstrates the ability to comply with the requirement listed must be furnished to the Contract Specialist, Sam Johanson, at samantha.k.johanson@usace.army.mil no later than the closing date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. USACE will not reimburse any cost connected with supplying sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement listed. In order to receive a government award, a firm must be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov. A firm must register on a one-time basis and annually confirm accuracy and completeness of registration information.
