Install Utilities - RV Campground Site - Rock Island Arsenal

The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island is issuing this pre-solicitation synopsis for W519TC-26-R-A072. This pre-solicitation synopsis is notice regarding the Install of Utilities for RV Campground Site located on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL. The solicitation is anticipated to be forthcoming and will have all the necessary documents. Please see the attached Scope of Work (SOW) PR 2023-0742 for detailed project requirements. This requirement will be a 100% total small business set-aside. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. Project Summary – This project consists of furnishing labor, equipment, and material to install utilities for a new RV Campground Site. The work includes the installation of an 8" HDPE water main with a fire hydrant, a 1" poly gas main with a meter, and a 13.8 KV overhead electrical feed to a 750 KVA transformer. The scope also includes excavation and the repair of existing surfaces to match the original condition.
