Description
PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), Irving, TX 75063, hereby provides notice of its intent to solicit for a DetectaChem Apex7 Spectrometer. The item will be procured through NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP), Group C, as a total small business set-aside, on a brand-name-or-equal basis. NASA SEWP is a federal strategically sourced contract vehicle and is mandatory when available and appropriate, in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 8.104, Use of Existing Contracts, and OMB Memorandum M-13-02, Improving Acquisition through Strategic Sourcing. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 16. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334516. The Small Business Administration size standard for this NAICS code is 1,000 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6630. A total small business set-aside will be used.
